“You have to start a blog!”

 So here we are!!! 

Many years ago I dabbled in a blog and I loved it but with having a family, relocating and adulting…that little corner was left behind. The decision to get back into this was actually upon very strong advice from a friend. I’m often approached and asked where to go that is good and off the radar in N-Town, where you can go for some wonderful fresh local produce and where can you buy some A-Grade Kimchi or Gochuchang Chicken this side of Milton Keynes or the great wide inter web! My friend, had pinged up on my instant chat (now I sound my age) and had simply asked what train I booked to travel to Edinburgh; what followed was a 20 minutes guide, in a very small window, on where it was best to catch a train and cut out extra hours, what type of seat to book, if there was a buffet car and how long it took compared to how long it felt like. I even gave her the best spots to look at the window on her way up, where to go for afternoon tea, afternoon meal and breakfast as well as where to stay, how to catch a tram and what absolute tourist attractions are a must. Her response was….”you HAVE to start a blog”. So on that..here I am and I think the trip to EDINBURGH…will be our first stop!
